Our off the grid, solar powered farm offers a selection of well-appointed self-catering units, ideal for couples, families, and small groups, with access to walking trails, riverfront spots, a solar-heated pool, homestead gardens, a mini golf course, and a communal culinary area.
What sets Paradyskloof apart is its authentic farm atmosphere. As a working homestead with resident animals, it offers guests the chance to experience the charm of farm life and reconnect with a slower, more grounded way of living.
Adding to the experience is our exclusive “Cup of Paradise” service — a guest favourite. Enjoy the luxury of having a farm-fresh sourdough loaf and artisan barista coffee delivered right to your doorstep.
For group bookings, guests can choose to gather and socialise or retreat to the privacy of their own chalet, with all facilities conveniently located within easy walking distance. Paradyskloof is a place to rest, reconnect, and truly unwind.
Do you allow day visitors at Paradyskloof?
Yes, day visitors are welcome by prior arrangement. Availability depends on the number of resident guests at the time of enquiry, and additional charges apply. Please contact us in advance to discuss options and confirm availability.
Does Paradyskloof offer a space for special occasions or group gatherings?
Yes, we offer a communal culinary area exclusively for resident guests. It’s ideal for family or friend gatherings, where guests can prepare and enjoy meals together in a relaxed, peaceful environment. This is a self catering facility.
What facilities are included in the communal culinary area?
The space is fully equipped with a cool room, ice machine, deep freezer, five-plate gas stove, electric oven, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and more. It can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests.
Is there a cost to use the communal culinary area?
Use of the facility is complimentary for guests who book all accommodations for a minimum of two nights. If fewer than four units are booked for two nights or more, additional charges may apply for the use of the space.
Are there any restrictions on the type of group events allowed?
Yes. To maintain the family-friendly and tranquil atmosphere of Paradyskloof, we do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, or similar party groups. The space is intended for peaceful, private gatherings among resident guests.
Can cleaning services be arranged for the culinary area?
Yes, cleaning services can be arranged on request, and additional charges may apply. Use of the facility must be pre-arranged in advance.
